You put on the mask, choose a color and lie down. The lights are on the inside and shine on your skin. It has a battery, so you're not hanging from a cord. Furthermore, the device does nothing: it provides light, in the color you choose, for the time you set.

What does this do to my skin?

There are openings near your eyes, but do not look directly into the lights. If you have eye problems or are taking medications that make you light sensitive, ask your doctor first.
How long do I use it each time?
Keep it short, and stop if your skin turns red or feels uncomfortable.
Does it fit every face?
The strap is adjustable. With a narrow or wide face, the mask does not fit equally well everywhere.
