A small, light pillow with a hollowed-out top where your neck rests.
You place it on the floor or on the bed and lie on your back, with your neck in the crook. This causes your head to drop slightly back and your neck to be supported instead of flat. It is small and light enough to carry in a bag. That's all it is: a shape to lie on.
