You are legally entitled to at least 14 days to change your mind. At Zweelio, we give you 30 days from the moment you receive your order.

Register a return by email via info@zweelio.nl. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form for this.

The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. Return the product unused and complete. After receipt, we refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days via the same payment method.
