Returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Within that period, you may withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.

Register a return by email via info@zweelio.com. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form for this.

Notify us of your withdrawal within those 14 days and return the product within 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping is at your own expense. We refund the purchase amount and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you show proof of return shipment.
