Applicability: these terms apply to every offer and every agreement between Zweelio and you as a consumer. All stated prices are in euros and include VAT.

Order and payment: an agreement is concluded as soon as you complete the order and the payment is confirmed. The available payment options are shown securely at checkout.

Delivery: we ship worldwide. Shipping is free to the Netherlands and Belgium, €14.95 to Germany and France and €25.00 to every other country. Checkout calculates the rate from the delivery country. If we unexpectedly cannot deliver, we will contact you and you are entitled to a refund.

Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. Notify us within that period and return the product within 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping is at your own expense. We refund the purchase amount and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until receiving the product or proof of return shipment.

Conformity: your product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do. The heat cushion and shoe dryer are comfort products and not medical devices; they do not replace medical or physiotherapy advice.

Complaints and applicable law: you can email complaints to info@zweelio.com; we respond within 1 business day and look for a solution together. Dutch law applies to these terms.
