Terms and conditions

Applicability: these terms apply to every offer and every agreement between Zweelio and you as a consumer. All stated prices are in euros and include VAT.
Order and payment: an agreement is concluded as soon as you complete the order and the payment is confirmed. You can pay safely via iDEAL and credit card, processed by Stripe.
Delivery: we deliver within the Netherlands, with an expected delivery time of 7 to 12 business days. If we unexpectedly cannot deliver, we will contact you and you are entitled to a refund.
Right of withdrawal: you are legally entitled to 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason; Zweelio extends this to 30 days. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. We refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the return.
Conformity: your product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do. The heat cushion and shoe dryer are comfort products and not medical devices; they do not replace medical or physiotherapy advice.
Complaints and applicable law: you can email complaints to info@zweelio.nl; we respond within 1 business day and look for a solution together. Dutch law applies to these terms.
